Accelerating the integration of generative AI into the Brussels economy
Considering the available financial resources for 2026, ongoing projects will continue to be funded in accordance with the signed decisions and agreements.
However, no new projects can be funded in 2026.
No new calls will be launched in 2026, and all programs will be suspended in 2026.
Funding applications that have already been submitted will continue to be processed and may be eligible for funding in 2027, depending on available resources.
For companies, it is a question of offering new value propositions made possible by the integration of generative AI technologies into their products, services or internal processes. The program is for projects including a feasibility study and the development of a generative AI proof of concept. TRL levels 3->5 are targeted.
Are you eligible?
- Your company develops all or part of its activities in the Brussels-Capital Region ;
- You can demonstrate that the funding has a stimulating effect on the implementation of your work programme ;
- You demonstrate your ability to finance your share of the project ;
- You are fulfilling your obligations under previous aid granted by the Region
The procedure?
- Download and read the rules of the program below carefully;
- Download and complete the application form below. Submit your application by 20 March 2025 (cut-off 1) or 13 June 2025 (cut-off 2);
- The holders of eligible applications will be invited to present their project during a video-conference;
Good to know?
- The maximum budget per project is 80,000 euros (excluding VAT);
- Projects may not exceed 10 months;
- Subcontracting is permitted up to a maximum of 2/3 of the budget;
