Procedure?
1. First contact (30 min)
Get in touch with the Facilitation team and briefly describe your project, its current status, and your objectives. We’ll schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your idea, check whether it fits with Innoviris’ funding schemes and, if relevant, present the most suitable programmes for you.
2. Test your idea form (non-official request)
Based on this first contact, we may ask you to complete the Test your idea form (available at the bottom of this page) and submit it both via the Irisbox platform and by email. Keep it concise (max. 15 pages) and focus on the information that is essential to understand your project. This step does not count as an official funding application.
3. First feedback
Based on your form, we’ll provide you with initial feedback, highlighting your project’s strengths and the points that need clarification or further development.
4. Meeting (1 hour)
If needed, we’ll arrange a one-hour meeting to discuss this feedback in detail, go through the form again, and answer your questions.
5. Project proposal and funding application
If you wish to proceed, you will be invited to submit an official project proposal and funding application within the identified programme.
6. Evaluation of your proposal
Your proposal will then be assessed by the programme’s advisers, based on the applicable eligibility and quality criteria.
You will receive confirmation of your application within a day. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this is not the case.
